Account & Plans
Your Account is for your personal profile, billing, and plan.
Plans & billing
- Go to Account → Plans to compare and change plans
- Some plans include a trial
- Every feature works on every plan, including free
- Higher plans raise your limits (organizations, team members, customers, storage) and lower your platform fee
Platform fees
- Each card or online payment carries a platform fee at your plan’s rate, added to what your customer pays
- Stripe’s processing and dispute fees come out of your Stripe account; you can pass processing on to customers under Settings → Invoice Defaults
- Platform fees aren’t returned when you refund a payment, and Stripe keeps its processing fee
- Approved green organizations get a reduced rate on any plan (see Settings → Platform Fees & Green Status)

Update your name, email, password, and profile photo here.
Referrals
Share your referral link to invite other organizations.
Multiple organizations
You can belong to more than one organization and switch from the top bar.
Customer portal vs account
Customers paying invoices use the customer portal, not the staff account area.
